With their lease expiry approaching, Wilko have recommitted to Meads Shopping Centre following a renewal of their lease. Wilko occupy a prime position and help anchor the scheme alongside occupiers such as Vue, Prezzo, Superdrug and Jett’s Gym. Letting interest in the scheme remains good with the former F Hinds unit being under offer to a restaurant occupier and as such, availability is becoming more limited.
